Who We Are
VibeRush District is a digital cultural media platform based in Benin City, Nigeria, documenting the creative voices, streetwear culture, music, and community shaping the next generation of Beninese identity. Our website is located at viberushdistrict.pages.dev.
What Information We Collect
We only collect what we need. Currently, that includes:
- Email addresses — if you voluntarily subscribe to the VibeRush newsletter or RSVP for a district event. We store this securely and never sell it.
- Usage data — through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, we collect anonymised data on how visitors use the site (pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate location). This helps us understand what content resonates and improve the district.
- Browser-stored data — certain preferences (such as your email address after subscribing) are saved locally in your browser session only. We do not use persistent cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you editorial drops, cultural news, and district updates (newsletter only).
- To understand site traffic and improve content and user experience.
- To notify you about district events like the Benin City Fair, if you've RSVP'd.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

Cookies
We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets anonymised analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies beyond what is listed above.
